Things To Take Note:


Our Overseas Shipping & Handling fees as follows:
(accessories/belts) = S$2.00 per item
(pouch/sandals) = S$3.00 per item
(smaller bags/Cover shoe/High heel) = S$5.00 per item
(Bigger bags/boots) = S$8.00 per item


For Self - Collections:
Total Payable = [Total Price in NTD / 20] + [(no. of items x shipping & handling fees)]

For Collection through mails:
Total Payable = [Total Price in NTD / 20] + [(no. of items x shipping & handling fees)] + *Local Postage + SGD0.50(local handling e.g brown paper)

*Local Postage: will only be calculated when the items arrived. Thus, buyer has to pay 1 time for the items price and 2nd time for the postage.

*normal postage [ charge by weight ]

**We will advice local postage payment after items arrived. Postage will be based on weight. For registered mail, SGD$2.50 is added on top of Normal Postage.
VanelleBoutique will not be liable for any stains or torns on bags upoon receive of bag.
VanelleBoutique will not be responsible for of any lost mail, if u opt for normal mail as we do not have the tracking no. to track ur parcel.^_^
